Products:

We provide a payroll service using Softline VIP Payroll. 

However, we can use Pastel Payroll as well should you require us to use your Pastel Payroll system.

Payroll Services:

  • We assist your business with Monthly, Weekly & Bi-weekly payroll cycles, including the production of monthly reports and security-sealed pay slips. In addition, we provide IRP5’s end IT3’s for all statutory employers & employees.
  • In depth needs analysis to ensure that you get exactly what you expect.
  • Review of remuneration to ensure compliance with tax legislation.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of medical aid, pension and provident fund.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of third party payment, including garnishee and staff loans.
  • Leave administration.
  • Preparation of electronic transfer files for employees’ net salary.
  • Customize reports
  • Monthly preparation of the EMP 201 return for PAYE, UIF, SDL.
  • Annual preparation of IRP5 and IT3 certificates that can only be issued through Easy File.
  • We prepare the Half year and Annual EMP 501 as required by SARS.

HR Services:

Elize Lotz shall: dependent on the service option selected in annexure A, render upon request the following services to the client:

  • Chairing of Disciplinary Hearings
  • CCMA and Dispute Resolution Centre advice
  • General labour law related assistance
  • Drafting or review of employment contracts, policies and procedures (not included in retainer rates)
  • On-site and telephonic support during normal office hours
  • Conciliation and arbitration representation on behalf of the Client (not included in retainer rates)
  • Provide the Client with independent and unbiased advice
  • Confirm important decisions with the Client that could have serious financial, legal or other implications to the detriment of the Client’s business
  • Act in the best interest of the client
  • Treat all information related to the client and its employees as confidential
  • Provide the Client with a written report and sanction recommendation for disciplinary hearings within 7 days after the conclusion of the hearing
